Holla Bok Choy

A basket of mixed leafy greens including purple and green lettuce, basil, and other herbs, surrounded by bowls of shrimp and vegetable dishes, and a plate of fried food on a woven placemat.

Holla Bok Choy is a little family recipe project my cousin and I started to save and share the foods we grew up eating, the dishes we want our kids to remember, and the meals that deserve a spot outside of our group chats.

It’s mostly for our families, but if you’re into home cooking, family recipes, Asian food, cozy kitchen chaos, or watching cousins figure things out on the internet… welcome.

Instagram is where we share quick updates, food photos, recipe bits, behind-the-scenes kitchen moments, and whatever we remembered to post before someone got hungry.

Made with love, snacks, and mild confusion

This is not a fancy cooking show.

It’s family food, shared stories, and a way to keep our recipes alive for the next generation.
